Ensign Angela Teller was a command officer aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 in 2267. On Stardate 3025.3, while visiting the amusement planet in the Omicron Delta region, Lieutenant Esteban Rodriguez inadvertently conjured a simulacrum of a Mitsubishi A6M Zero from Earth's Second World War; it conducted a strafing run on his location, accidentally killing Teller — though she was soon revived by the planet's computer.[1]
