Bobby[2] was a Crewman assigned to the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 in the Command Division in 2266. On Stardate 1512.2, he was on duty on the bridge, using a flight computer to assist Lieutenant Uhura when the ship made first contact with the First Federation.[3] When Harry Mudd was brought aboard on Stardate 1329.1, Bobby was working in a Jefferies tube near the transporter room and was momentarily distracted by Mudd's "cargo" of wiving settlers.[4] During a mission to planet M-113 on Stardate 1531.1, Lieutenant Uhura asked Bobby to check the door on her quarters, as it rattled when it opened.[2]

Notes and References

  1. The actor who played Bobby never had any dialogue and was thus never listed in the episode credits. He also played several other members of the Enterprise crew, including Abrams, a Medical Technician, and an Engineering Crewman. While other sources have assumed these were all the same character inexplicably changing division colors multiple times, Bobby and the Engineering Crewman were seen simultaneously in different parts of the ship in two episodes, and therefore must be separate characters.
