U.S.S. San Martin NCC-4412 (FASA)
The Federation Starship San Martin was a Larson class destroyer commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/9801 (January 2256). The San Martin was refit to the Larson class Mark II specifications on Reference Stardate 1/9808 (August 2256), giving it more powerful phasers and an additional torpedo launcher. On Reference Stardate 2/1206 (March 2270), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1601 (January 2272) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2286), the San Martin was still on active service.[1]
FASA Timeline

On Reference Stardate 2/1206 (June 2212), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1601 (January 2216) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2223), the San Martin was still on active service.[1]
