- RSD 1/6811: Two-year-old Kailla Mishka is brought to the Imperial Throne, where he is given a mission that will take a lifetime to fulfill. He will be taken to the Federation to assume the identity of a Human, to infiltrate Star Fleet, and to learn all that he can concerning the Federation.[3]
