The Bible was a Human religious text. Among the stories told within it was that of Adam and Eve, the first Humans, who were created by God and tasked with populating the Earth with their offspring. When Captain Christopher Pike was captured by the Talosians, fellow captive Vina compared their situation to Adam and Eve.[1]
