U.S.S. Balaklava NCC-4419 (FASA)
The Federation Starship Balaklava was a Larson class destroyer commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/9805 (May 2256), just as the Klingon War began. The Balaklava was refit to the Larson class Mark VI specifications on Reference Stardate 2/1007 (July 2268); on 2/1610 (October 2272), the ship was refit again to the Mark VII configuration. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2223), the Balaklava was still on active service.[1]
