U.S.S. Cochise NCC-4345 (FASA)
The Federation Starship Cochise was a Larson class destroyer commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/9306 (June 2250). The Cochise was refit to the Larson class Mark II specifications on Reference Stardate 2/0106 (June 2259), giving it more powerful phasers and an additional torpedo launcher. On Reference Stardate 2/1102 (February 2269), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1403 (June 2271) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2286), the Cochise was still on active service.[1]
FASA Timeline

The Cochise was refit to the Larson class Mark II specifications on Reference Stardate 2/0106 (June 2201), giving it more powerful phasers and an additional torpedo launcher. On Reference Stardate 2/1102 (February 2211), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1403 (March 2214) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2223), the Cochise was still on active service.[1]
