U.S.S. Cromwell NCC-4377 (FASA)
The Federation Starship Cromwell was a Larson class destroyer commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/9604 (August 2253). The Cromwell was refit to the Larson class Mark II specifications on Reference Stardate 2/0107 (July 2259), giving it more powerful phasers and an additional torpedo launcher. On Reference Stardate 2/1103 (March 2269), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1711 (November 2273) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2286), the Cromwell was still on active service.[1]
FASA Timeline

The Cromwell was refit to the Larson class Mark II specifications on Reference Stardate 2/0107 (July 2201), giving it more powerful phasers and an additional torpedo launcher. On Reference Stardate 2/1103 (March 2211), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1711 (November 2217) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2223), the Cromwell was still on active service.[1]
