- RSD 1/38: Klingon-Orion trade increases markedly, following a secret non-aggression treaty purported to relieve Orion colonies deep in Klingon space. Intelligence activity on Botchok intensifies.[1]

- RSD 1/3802: An interplanetary war between the third and fifth planets in the Beta Cersus system, located within the Romulan Neutral Zone, causes the first tension between the United Federation of Planets and the Romulan Star Empire since the war decades earlier.
