The Federation Starship Farragut, an Excelsior class vessel, was transferred to Starfleet Training Command for use as a training vessel in 2359,[1] but was later recommissioned[2] in 2373[1] for service during the Dominion War,[3] following the destruction of the Nebula class U.S.S. Farragut NCC-60591.[4] In 2275, Sarina Douglas, Patrick, Jack, and Lauren traveled to Deep Space 9 aboard the Farragut, with Patrick impersonating a Starfleet Admiral.[3]
