The sixteenth President of the United States of America on Earth, Abraham Lincoln served from 1861 until his assassination in 1865, during the American Civil War.[1] When the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 discovered the Guardian of Forever, it showed them Earth's history, including political rallies for Lincoln's election and the events of the Civil War.[2]
