Roger[2] Mulney[3] was an engineer aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 in the late 2260s. On Stardate 3541.9, Lieutenant Commander Scott ordered him to "help with the interfactor" when Nomad entered main engineering.[2] He frequently had bridge duty,[4] but also worked in the transporter room[5] and main engineering.[2][6]
