- RSD 1/87: A fungal blight devastates the food supply on Tarsus IV. Governor Kodos declares martial law and orders the execution of half the population — 4000 colonists are murdered.[4]

- RSD 1/8703: Star Fleet's Siva class destroyer enters service, but enormous design flaws result in a sharply-reduced production schedule. Only 10 are constructed.[5]
