France was a country located in Europe on Earth. France was the setting of the novel The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas. When infected with polywater intoxication, the delusional Lieutenant Sulu took on the role of one of the titular Musketeers and chased crewmen around the ship with a foil.[1]
