U.S.S. Leyte NCC-4319 (FASA)
The Federation Starship Leyte was a Larson class destroyer commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/8910 (October 2246). The Leyte was refit to the Larson class Mark II specifications during the Klingon War on Reference Stardate 1/9807 (July 2256), giving it more powerful phasers and an additional torpedo launcher. On Reference Stardate 2/0912 (December 2267), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1409 (April 2271) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2286), the Leyte was still on active service.[1]
FASA Timeline

On Reference Stardate 2/0912 (December 2209), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1409 (September 2214) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2223), the Leyte was still on active service.[1]
