U.S.S. Cortez NCC-4383 (FASA)
The Federation Starship Cortez was a Larson class destroyer commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/9609 (June 2254). During the Klingon War, the Cortez was refit to the Larson class Mark II specifications on Reference Stardate 1/9806 (June 2256), giving it more powerful phasers and an additional torpedo launcher. On Reference Stardate 2/1011 (November 2268), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1512 (December 2271) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2286), the Cortez was still on active service.[1]

On Reference Stardate 2/1011 (November 2210), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1512 (December 2215) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2223), the Cortez was still on active service.[1]
