Stardate 5267.2: The Enterprise crew must work with Klingons to escape from a pocket universe.
Exploring the Delta Triangle, an area of space in which many ships have disappeared, the Enterprise is attacked by Klingon vessels and trapped in a pocket universe with the Klingon cruiser Klothos. There, Kirk discovers a weird graveyard of ships — and the descendants of the vessels' crews. Kirk and Captain Kor of the Klothos are taken before the Elysian Council, composed of members of many races, including Humans, Klingons, Gorn, Romulans, Kzinti, and Vulcans. They are told that there is no way out of the pocket universe, which they call Elysia, where all of its people have learned to live in harmony. Kirk and Kor plan to escape using the combined power of their vessels. Kor also plots to destroy the Enterprise with a bomb. The Elysians inform the Enterprise — and the device is found and disconnected before the vessels escape.
