U.S.S. Horizon NCC-176 (Myriad)
The Federation Starship Horizon was a Daedalus class starship.[1] In the early 23rd century, the Horizon, the U.S.S. Decatur, and the S.S. Potemkin were attacked by the Raptor class I.K.S. K'araH IKS-312.[2] The ship was destroyed shortly after departing Sigma Iotia II in the 2160s. Its distress signal, sent on a simple radio frequency, took a century to reach Starfleet. Before leaving Sigma Iotia II, however, the crew left behind a copy of Chicago Mobs of the Twenties. The "highly imitative" Iotians patterned their society on "The Book," causing severe cultural contamination.[3]

The Federation Starship Horizon was a Daedalus class starship commanded in the 2160s by Captain Vince Waldron.[4] The ship was destroyed shortly after departing Sigma Iotia II in the 2160s. Its distress signal, sent on a simple radio frequency, took a century to reach Starfleet. Before leaving Sigma Iotia II, however, the crew left behind a copy of Chicago Mobs of the Twenties.
